Why?
Because I secretly really did want to.
Why? Because:
1. I like to feel good.
2. I like a challenge.
3. I love these people!
Two questions:
1. What do you not want to do that you secretly do want to do? Why?
2. What are you waiting for?
Motivate yourself
1. Find your powerful reason — your “why”. It’s there somewhere. If the “why” is solid, the “how” will come.
2. Say to yourself: “I can make it fun”, and “I do have the ability”.
3. Just keep doing it anyway. It may not be fun at first, but know it will always be rewarding. Pick one thing and just do it. Take a step, then another, then another.
Don’t feel like it?
Do it anyway.
Try it for 10 days.
Do it.
